VISION
Design 4 Impact (D4i) is a student-led startup that aims to bring more real world problem solving to K-12 education, so that students are inspired to be changemakers in their communities. The driving belief behind D4i is that scaling design-driven impact work— be it service learning, mural painting, volunteering, social innovation, entrepreneurship, design challenges, or internships—is impossible without collaboration between our 3 stakeholder groups: *Schools, **Industry, and ***Community. D4i is only the latest, albeit biggest, step forward in a four-year journey of curriculum development, classes, community building, and events in social innovation education between Avenues and a growing network.

We show students how to make an impact and become changemakers in their community.
Avenues is located at 259 10th Avenue between 25th and 26th streets.
Subway: Take the C/E to 23rd St; the 1 to 23rd or 28th St; or the 7 to 34th St – Hudson Yards.
Bus: Take the M23 to 10th Avenue.

We provide schools with the necessary tools to conduct social innovation and design thinking.
